Marty was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and helpful in the whole process of selling our home. She returned messages quickly and clarified any thing that we did not understand. When we requested an open house, she was very willing and quickly made it happened. She handled communication from potential buyers with professionalism and always had our best interest in mind. Whenever there was a showing request, she immediately called other agents to hear feedback from them. She let us know what the feedback was! She played a huge role in selling our home. We really recommend Marty especially for people who value business relationships over empty chitchat. She was responsive and helpful without being clingy or annoying. Rare these days! I cannot recommend Marty highly enough! She signed on to help my father sell his house while he was dying of cancer and he ended up passing so then she worked with me through the whole estates process. She was so helpful, logical, calm and extremely responsive. It was tough because I live in a different city but she made it so much easier! She avoids and helps buffer any drama that occurs and was really just a pleasure to work with. Thank you Marty for all of your help!
