Mary is helpful and knowledge. She made herself easily available in terms of conversations and visiting homes. She took her time to answer my many questions and concerns as a first time home buyer and helped me have realistic expectations based on what I wanted and could afford. We love our home for what it was, the potential we saw in it, and the improvements that make it what it is today; and Mary helped make all of that possible!

My husband and I worked with Mary and were extremely pleased with her service. We felt that she was very conscious of our needs and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. Mary is very down-to-earth and easy to work with. She works tirelessly (on the weekend too) to seal the deal in a timely fashion. Would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Mary had the task of selling a beloved summer home that had been in our family for 50 years. She obviously appreciated the charm and history of the property and was able to convey that to the buyers. In addition, she lives in the same rural town and was able to provide information about the local culture and services. Thank you, Mary!
