We bought a modestly priced vacation home in the area. Sue was an incredible asset for us, we had met with her a few times the previous summer, and then met with her again this summer, when we made a purchase. She was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and was able to help us out with some things when we weren't physically able to be in Western Massachusetts. You would have thought we were buying a very expensive property based off the level of follow up and service Sue provided. I would definitely recommend Sue for any sale or purchase based off our experience.

If I could give zero stars I would- she seemed very friendly and knowledgeable - we were very excited to sell our home with her. She talked a good talk and seemed very knowledgeable. Although she did speak nastilty about other re agents in area which seemed unprofessional. She took our paperwork and keys said she'd email my husband the contract we agreed on price and shook hands - and then we never heard from her again - she won't return calls the surveys the paperwork or keys it has been a total nightmare!Do not trust her - we were so disappointed and now stuck at square 1 if not further back Because she will not return official surveys and other paperwork. To top it off we have no idea why- she seemed so nice and insisted she could sell no problem

I hired Sue to sell a property I have in Western Massachusetts and she was extremely accommodating and easy to work with from the get go. She made the process very painless and was on top of all paperwork and communications. I highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for a great real estate broker in Western Massachusetts!

Susan was very knowledgeable regarding the local real estate market. I am living on the West Coast, and she proactively handled the listing; communicated everything with immediacy, and was amicable to the all of the parties involved. She constantly looked for the 'win-win' solution throughout the process.

We bought our house in December of 2015. Although it was listed under a different realtor Sue was my right hand woman. She was very knowledgeable, so helpful and always kept constant communication with both me and my husband. You couldn't ask for a better realtor. She gets an A++
