Ivan did an amazing job helping my family and I find our first home. He would constantly communicate with us and would schedule showings immediately so we can look at the homes as soon as possible. He would give us advice on homes and he would also look for things wrong with the home and would tell us about them. When have you seen a realtor in a suit go into a crawl space to look at the foundation?? Ivan will not only find your home, but will also look for visible problems from foundation to roof. I would recommend him to everyone.

Ivan is not only a great agent, but a great person, and that is apparent in how he conducts his business. He will advocate for his client every step of the way, and make the process feel smooth, even when road bumps come up. He is transparent and communicative, always available to answer any kind of questions during the process. His recommendations for lawyers, inspectors and lenders are top-notch, and just as reliable as Ivan is. It was a pleasure to have worked with him, and I can say for certain that I would not have wanted to work with anyone else.

Matt recently listed and sold a commercial shopping center that I owned for 33 years. He did an excellent job for me. He’s a great communicator and very responsive. I plan to work with him again when I sell my next commercial real estate. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
