Matt helped us sell a rental property that we owned. He was referred to us by a family member. Matt was very knowledgeable. He got us the price we wanted. When things got bumpy at closing Matt explained what was going on and keep pressure on the buyers realtor until the issue was resolved on their end. Really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend using Matt.
