Erika Seitz made buying our first home extremely stress-free and fun. She was proactive in scheduling home tours and answering any questions about the home purchasing process. Erika was fully invested in our home search and was patient with us as first time home buyers. She was knowledgeable and quick to communicate information. We would highly recommend her services to anyone purchasing a home in the Greater Dayton Area. It was truly a pleasure working with Erika.

Jordin was outstanding to work with. Being a first-time homebuyer, we didn't know a lot about the home-buying process but she walked us through every step of the way. We told Jordin what we were interested in and she found us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying the second house we toured! She is very knowledgeable about the process, and was very responsive to all of our questions. She conducted research on the neighborhood we were buying in and provided us with a packet of comparable houses so that we could make an informed offer. I will continue recommending her to all family and friends in need of a realtor in the area.

Jordin helped me purchase my first rental property. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market and helped guide me through the purchase of the house in the Urbana, OH area. She was very responsive to questions, phone calls and emails. She has continued to help advise me on renovations to the house to increase the rental income in the future. Although this is an old house, she had a great contact for a home inspection company who completely put me at ease with the purchase and provided a detailed report. Would definitely go to Jordin again for future real estate needs.

Diana was fantastic to work with. Her communication was top notch and she was on top of everything! At every step of the transaction, all parties knew what the status was and what came next! Josh helped us find the house we were hoping to retire to, then quickly helped us sell one of properties to finish the deal. His knowledge, confidence and positive attitude made this easier than it could have been. We had lived at our last house for 40 years, so jumping into this housing market was sort of intimidating. But Josh always went the extra mile to find out more about the many houses we looked at and got all of our questions answered, to find our new forever home. Then quickly sold our other property. We would highly recommend home for anyone buying or selling a home.
