    Our experience with Matt was above exceptional. Every question we had was promptly given an answer even more difficult ones that he wouldn’t know weren’t an issue we never had to ask anything twice. Our home inspection came back with a few issues, he put the repair request together for us. That’s really just a few things he’s done for us. We couldn’t say enough good about him he’s a busy man who’s somehow always got time for whatever we needed. We’re grateful for all he did to get us in our home and those who helped throughout the entire process.

    The entire experience was great , we couldn’t have asked for more out of it. Matt met me on site multiple times including the morning of closing. He answered all the questions we had and was helpful the whole way through.

    I can't say enough about Matt. He was very professional, we had so much traffic looking at property that it just astounded me. And he was also very personable. He patiently walked me through all of my questions and concerns and you just knew he was on your side. 100 Would definitely recommend!

    Matthew was great. He found the house I bought, and was able to negotiate the price lower as well. Very friendly and professional, and he helped make the process smooth for me. Would definitely recommend!

    From the moment I was instantly connected to Matt [by Zillow over the phone] I was impressed. Within a minute of deciding I was finally interested enough to make a move on a home purchase, after 4 years of planning and saving, I had an agent on the phone in a town and state I've never been to before. We needed to move fast, so I drove a day's distance out there on no notice, yet he made himself available to accommodate me. While I was traveling, he kept me updated via phone/text and we even e-signed documents when I stopped for gas. A red flag popped up, he swiftly informed and advised me, utilizing his local relationships with counterparts of his industry so that I could make the most informed decision. Before I headed back home, he showed me some other options and I purchased the home we looked at when he squeezed me without notice, yet again. The two deals were so different that it really demonstrated his preparedness and local industry knowledge because he suggested two totally different negotiation approaches based on each house's features/benefits/pros and cons. His decision making [of which I gave him full control because I just trusted him from the beginning] was on point for both deals. So, Saturday he answered my call and Tuesday we had a deal with 9 hours of travel distance between us, and the home I purchased was only on the market for 1 day...it was pretty impressive! Needless to say, the rest of the process was seamless because he kept me informed, updated, and explained all the stuff I didn't know as a new home buyer. He was upfront about costs and timing expectations, and he was patient and thorough when I had questions. I'm just so thankful he was my first Realtor because I truly couldn't have gotten through it as quickly and flawlessly as I did without him. He takes a lot of the stress off of your shoulders and will jump in to do anything he can to keep things moving along at the appropriate pace. I love my new home, neighbors, and town and I am looking forward to exploring my new surroundings. Thank you so much for helping me with the most important purchase of my life to date, Matt!
