Matthew is a fantastic realtor! We were first time home buyers looking in a city 2 hours away from where we lived. Matt spent one FULL day showing us houses in our price range with all of our “needs”. It only took that one day to find our house. Since we lived out of town, Matt handled everything for us including going to the inspection and finding us a title company. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him in the future!

I’m glad Matt helped us find our dream home. He worked with us for months and always made sure we were the first ones to see a home when it came on the market. Matt was very knowledgeable when it came to all the details about homes and always gave us tips on the best negotiation tactic. In total we saw over 40 homes, made over 10 offers and he never once rushed us to put in an offer. Thank you Matt for your hard work.

Matt helped me purchase my first home and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was a long process (mostly due to my part and a pandemic) but worth it. He was very understanding, professional, and my voice. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. I told him I would never do this process again but if I need to do it again, he will be the only call I make.

Matt is absolutely wonderful to work with. Buying and selling a home could be stressful. Buying and selling a home in the middle of a pandemic WAS very stressful (at times).Working with Matt was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working with you. His patience and knowledge of the market was a big help. You could tell he really cared. Two words for you...HIGHLY Recommended!
