Emily is amazing!!!! She knows her business and is a pleasure to work with. She helped us sell and buy our homes. There was not one thing that she did not get back to us with when we had questions. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful situation but Emily made is a lot easier. She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anybody that is interested in buying/selling a home. She recommend how we should price our home and we were in contract in two days from the time the listing went up for sale. We actually got more than our asking price. She also helped us when we both our new home. She told us how the offer needed to be structured and we followed her advice and beat out five ir six other offers. I can't say enough about her and her office. You would be crazy if you do not work with Emily and Pouliot Real Estate !!!! The very best for sure!!!!

Max was amazing to work with! We are first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about how to go about it. Max was incredibly helpful with the complete house buying process, from getting us viewings quickly, to putting in bids, to walking us through all the terminology and paperwork! He even came out on a weekend holiday to do our final walk through of our new home the day before our closing!! We're hoping this is our last house purchase, but if not, we will definitely be reaching out to Max again to help with any future purchases and will recommend him to any family and friends who are looking to buy a house!!

Jessica and I play golf at the same golf course, so in November of 2021 when my husband and I were considering selling our lakefront home I asked Jess to come to our home and walk us through the process. She did a market analysis of our property and we agreed with the value. She asked us if we could afford to buy our new home before we sold our current property as she thought it may go quickly. Jess showed us several properties and around mid-December we put in and offer on a two-bed two-bath ranch style condo and we did not get the property. About a week later she notified us that the property was back on the market and we resubmitted our bid and this time we got the property. We closed in mid-January. We have purchased two other homes in our 40+ years together and Jess did a great job working with us to help us understand the market is different today. After our two-month escape from winter we returned to Maine in April and moved into the condo. We worked getting our lakefront home ready to go on the market May 1st. In cleaning out our basement we discovered a substantial foundation issue. We ended up hiring a structural Engineer. Jess was instrumental in getting someone to work on the project and in explaining the situation to prospective buyers. Our house was on the market for about a week and we had two full price offers. We closed on a cash offer on May25th. Jess is easy to work with, an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable, I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Carole Sanders

Tiffany is amazing and was very supportive throughout the whole process. She is always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone who is looking for their forever home or looking to sell their current home.

Jessica was great to work with. She brings a ton of knowledge and was available at all times for consult and advice. This was my first time navigating the real estate market and she was patient, helpful, and informative.
