My husband and I bought a beautiful home for our family with Bonnie's assistance. We were NOT easy clients, as our needs changed drastically throughout the course of our search (we had two kiddos back-to-back). Bonnie didn't hesitate to pivot with us, no matter what we asked of her. Her expertise of the area, devotion to us, and SWIFT communication style led to the purchase of a dream home in a wonderful town. We'd highly recommend her to anybody! Working with Marsha was an excellent experience from start to finish. We needed to sell our land from out of state, and we knew we needed someone with local experience to help us reach our goals. Marsha was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had ideas to reach potential buyers, and when we began to receive (multiple!) offers, she provided advice on how to move forward. Our land was listed in winter and we weren't expecting to sell for a few months. Marsha posted our property the day after we signed our contract, there were multiple showings that same weekend, and the following week we received multiple competitive offers and accepted one - all within one week of the initial listing date! Marsha communicated with us every step of the way and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Marsha was an awesome realtor to work with. She always answered my calls and responded very timely with texts and Emails. She dropped off documents when I needed help while I was at work. She was so easy and professional to work with. And I’ve heard great reviews from others who have worked with her.

This was our second transaction with Marsha. She is absolutely supurb in her patience, professionalism and persistance in working with many stakeholders over the course of 8 months! In the end of this challenging contract, she was successful once again in her unwaivering support and ability to bring us to the finish line. We are in Fl and figured it would be difficult to sell the property in Maine. Working with Graig was a breeze- He has a great personality,very knowledgeable. He knows the market had a great plan to get it listed ,We got to full price offers within 2 days of listing the property,coordinating this sale from afar which took alot on his end -did extra leg work for us -He was highly recommended and we are very happy with the job Graig did for us ! We would highly recommend Graig !
