I decided to make a move because I was finally ready to buy my first home. I was looking for a realtor that understood my budgeting needs and would be able to find a home I was looking for in my preferred area and price range. I chose Amy because I found her through the Dave Ramsey website and she was responsive and proactive from our first contact. I most appreciated that she was immediately able to grasp what I was looking for, and consistently found homes that fit my criteria until I found the perfect one. The advice I would give to a potential buyer is to let your relator know all the details of what's important to you and let them work their magic.

Amy and Max are an amazing team to work with! I chose Amy because she listened to my needs, answered all my questions (and there were A LOT, as I was a first time home buyer), and helped guide me through the entire process. She was very active and involved in helping me search properties, quick to schedule viewings, allowing us to see multiple properties/day. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I really felt like Amy and Max cared about my situation and wanted the best for me; they make the experience way less stressful. I highly recommend Amy and Max, and will use them again in the future!

Max and Amy were amazing! We dealt mostly with Max, whose experience, knowledge, and follow-through was invaluable. All the advice he gave us was spot-on. He knew the real estate market so well that it seemed, at times, he was psychic! Although, I realize that type of insight comes from intelligence, experience, and acute powers of observation. Our home had some issues due to the fact that it had been a rental, but Max helped us to navigate successfully through each issue. He was always cheerful, friendly, and polite. Also, he was always accessible! He returned calls and texts promptly, When I first met Max and Amy, I went away from the meeting with a warm feeling, knowing that we had clicked on many levels. Max and Amy could not have handled our situation any better. They made the entire process as stress free as possible. We needed extra help because of our physical condition so max and Amy were able to provide Gus, a jack of all trades who took care of many or the projects needed to ready a house for sale. This team is highly recommended.

We were first time homebuyers in 2021 and we were very lucky to have Amy. She got a good sense of what we were looking for and showed us a lot of good options, and it was fun bringing our 7 month old along for all the tours too. She was very communicative and scheduled around our schedule. Amy actually showed us a house on the July 4th holiday weekend so there was lower than usual competition ;) almost exactly two years ago! And that one was ultimately the winner and we happily call it our home now. Amy and Max were very good partners to have through the first time home buying process and got us a great deal.
