I contacted Dan Richards, a former co-worker, when we decided to sell a rental property. I let him know our goals, to sell this property as soon as possible and get a fair price. Dan went right to work. We met at the property for a walkthrough, Dan took some photos and made notes. Dan already had the details of the property. The next day he sent comparables and observations about the current market in the area. I let him know I wanted to price the house "To Sell'. Dan kept us informed and answered all our questions throughout the process. He listed the property on a Thursday afternoon and later that day he presented a full price offer with no concessions. From there everything went smoothly and we closed right on time. Dan was available for any questions and was very responsive. I highly recommend Dan without hesitation will refer friends and family to him. 5 Stars.

I worked with Mechelle Richards on the sale of my mother's house in Virginia Beach. She is an extremely sharp, dedicated and knowledgeable agent. I listened and acted on all the recommendations she gave on how to improve the sale price of the house, and with her expertise I was able to hit my target. During this time, Mechelle, checked on the house improvements weekly, and also made shrewd suggestions for contractors. She was always accessible by phone, text and in-person. Working with her was a great experience, and I give her my highest rating as a real estate agent

Mechelle is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful, she goes the extra mile for everything! Incredibly responsive with questions, literally anytime of day. We had a few 930pm conversations. My husband and I were expecting while she was showing us homes, she brought me a snack bag! I just couldn’t get over how thoughtful and amazing of an agent she truly is, not to mention we are from Vermont I found her online and just knew she needed to be our agent! If you are looking for someone that knows absolutely everything, I mean it call Mechelle Richards first!!!!!!

Mechelle was beyond amazing! We were on a time crunch for our house and she made us feel relaxed and like we had all the time in the world, we would send her houses and ask to view them, and vice versa. She made sure to be there with us every step of the way and worked with us on our time even though it was well into the evening hours due to the fact that we are both military. She is so sweet and genuine and our daughter loved her. Everything from start to finish was smooth thanks to her! I would highly recommend using her for your house buying process! Thank you so much for everything Mechelle, it has been a pleasure to have been your clients! ??

Mechelle has become a friend, not just a realtor. She is calm, helpful, and knowledgable. All phone calls were returned within minutes, and she had sensible suggestions and advice for our dilemmas. Mechelle found us 3 builders to interview when we found that the house we bought wasn't worth renovating so we could build a new one. She worked hard to find a buyer for our old home while helping us get a new one. If you want a hard-charging, foaming at the mouth hard-selling realtor, Mechelle isn't it, but if you want someone who knows her business inside out and has your best interests at heart, she's the one to talk to. I'm proud to call her my realtor and my friend.
