If you’re reading this—you found the best realtor! Writing reviews has never been my thing. Love to read them and do tons of research; but writing one—Nope. But having had Mei as our realtor was a true blessing from beginning to end. My wife and I were already gun shy from our last home buying experience- as everything that could go wrong —DID! But this was different. Mei was always available, treated us like family and every bump in the road she took care of. Honestly she went so far above our expectations I could easily spend hours listing all the details. This is a crazy market and Mei made it a walk in the park!

When buying a house in the Las Vegas, Henderson area, Mei helped me to get a good overview of the market situation, good neighborhoods in town, and an idea about the price/value. Within 2 months, she presented me several houses that might be a good fit and provided suggestions for placing fair bids. After the purchase of a house that is a great match for my families’ needs, she continuous to provide information and help with details about e.g. the utility setup. I can strongly encourage reaching out to Mei when hunting for houses in this area. It was a great pleasure for me working with her.

I’ve sold properties in the past, signed the contract and then just waited for a sale. Listing with Mei Loh-Becker was different. She watched the market and we listed the property when timing was right. From the beginning, my home was actively marketed with agents, MLS, and other sites I’d never heard of. She set up a professional photographer, videographer, assisted with staging, provided shoe covers and hand sanitizer, and provided specific outlines for showings. She stayed in constant contact with me, was available to be in my home for showings to answer questions and point out highlights of the trendy neighborhood, presented offers, and made recommendations. Mei Loh-Baker didn’t just sit around and wait for a contract. She worked hard to get the very best sale for me. She was my partner in the whole process. This is why I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to sell.

Amazing! That is the one word that bests describes Mei. It is a difficult task to trust folks in todays times, especially when it comes to real estate. “No one could possibly love our home and care the way we do about selling it; they are only in it for the money”, is what we said. We interviewed different agents and Mei was the last on our list. Honestly, we were ready to just sell the house ourselves, but we committed to meeting with her and we were so blessed that we did. The one specific thing that stood out about Mei was her genuine experience in the housing industry. She is honest, caring, open communication and most of all her ability in building a relationship with us. If you are on the fence about locating an agent and have interviewed already, WAIT and just do one more agent interview. Mei took her time in hearing our story, has extensive knowledge (including legal aspects of the do’s and don’ts) in the housing industry and backs everything up with detailed documented information about real estate. Mei was with us every step of the way from start to end of our home sale and we can’t thank her enough for being such a good person as well as our new family friend. These are the best words to describe Mei: Represents a family people, love harmony, giving, good, noble, concern for others is her top priority. Talented and creative with a tendency to perfection. What a blessed experience!

Mei is a rock star. She was always at the ready to help answer questions and lead us through the process of finding and buying a home. This was our first time buying a home and we weren't sure if we could find the home that was right for us, but Mei skillfully guided us to our dream home.
