I know you're thinking "5 stars all around....could that be possible?" Yes....yes it can & I wish I could give her more. When the house we were renting was put on the market my husband and I were dragging our feet to buy our first home. Melanie was the realtor selling the home we were renting! Living in a house you don't own that's being sold can be a little exhausting and annoying for showings and such but our experience with that was far from it, thanks to Melanie! With the relationship we had started, communicating times for my family to be out of the house for a showing, I knew with the ease of conversation & her extremely professional attitude I wanted HER to find my family a house we can call HOME. We started looking for that home beginning of January & on Valentines Day we closed. Being a first time home buyer is always stressful and there's a lot of questions asked (on my part) but I always felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. She actually cared about our family and wanted the best. When we closed on our house I had the flu and pneumonia and my husband threw his back out - she checked in on us every other day making sure we're getting well. Weeks after we closed she still checked up on us! A month later my husband was admitted to ICU for bacterial meningitis (for the 3rd time) and again, she checked in on us from time to time asking if we needed anything & how things were going, requesting updates on my husbands condition. I would recommend Melanie to anyone buying a home because I wish my experience on every new home buyer. I never felt rushed, confused or even pushed to do something I wasn't sure about. She's very thorough, knows the best for resources such as Home Owners Insurance & Inspections & she always answers your emails/calls no matter what time. My family and I are extremely thankful for all that Melanie did for us!

Melanie was a find! She helped us sell our Mom's house which was a estate sale. Since we were not local, Melanie was our lifeline. She was professional, caring, and very knowledgable . Her expertise was invaluable. I highly recommend Melanie!
