We purchased a house through Melissa late 2015/2016 and moved to Elberton from Central Florida. Buying our first house was one thing, buying our first house from 500 miles away was super scary! Melissa made the transition SO easy, and fought on our side to make sure we were 100% comfortable with everything before we moved forward. She never pressured us into anything, and she knew the seller personally and by the end of the transaction the seller and our family were great friends! We still keep in contact with the seller all the time, and Melissa fulfilled her duties as an agent AND has gone above and beyond over the past 18 months as a friend to help our family as we don't have any family here.
