I would give the Bogert Group a 5 out of 5 star rating in the two dealings I've had with them.  They were the listing agents for a home I bought and  I used them when I sold the home 3 years later. They went the extra mile in both dealings to make sure everything went smoothly.  After escrow closed on my purchase they helped me get the right people to paint and put in new flooring. When I sold the house it went just as smooth.  What I liked most about my dealings with them was their prompt response time when I had questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We met the Bogert Group over two years ago while touring one of their listings with our own realtor. We were so impressed with their intimate knowledge of the local and surrounding markets, that we immediately enlisted Dawn and her daughter Bri to help us in our search for the perfect home. Dawn and Bri worked with us for the past two years during which they helped us both buy a home and sell one during the challenging market of 2022. During the whole time they were both incredibly supportive and responsive to our needs as both buyers and sellers. As a somewhat nervous buyer, Dawn spent hours with me on the phone going over competitive market analysis and other knowledge to help me navigate the challenging market and Bri toured home after home with us. During the selling process, Bri spent her own time in helping me with repairs and providing wise guidance in readying the home for sale. Dawn recommended the perfect price as our very first open house secured an offer, even though rates had shot up to well above 6%. I don't think we would have found a home to buy nor would we be able to sell without the exceptional guidance from Dawn and Bri. Thank you both for taking care of our real estate needs during these past two years!

Dawn and Troy worked their butts off to get us top dollar for our house. We were actually considering trying to sell our house privately without a realtor, which in retrospect seems ridiculous. Dawn and Troy came to us with a clear plan for how to price the house, how to stage it, how to market it across multiple real estate and social media platforms, and how to throw an open house to attract maximum foot traffic. The amount of physical effort they put in to staging was staggering, and the open house was more impressive than any open house we've been to by a wide margin. In the end, they managed a bidding war that took the price tens of thousands higher than I had ever dreamed we could reach. I'm so glad we chose them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the canyons!

Both worked with me in my house sale tirelessly. Dawn will help our homeowners in any way she can to ensure all parties are completely satisfied with negotiations, staging and all of the paper work. Both Dawn and her family helped me fix up things that needed to be done before sale. They are amazing

Dawn and Troy Bogert sold our home in Silverado Canyon for us last month. Dawn and Troy made sure that our home was beautifully staged and furniture arranged to look its best for the Open House as well as using an expert photographer. Troy also used his expertise to get excellent drone overhead shots and to market online with a beautiful video tour as well as a full color handout. We had multiple offers immediately following our first Open House, and were able to accept an over the listing price offer.Dawn never stopped working to make sure the offer went through. She was dealing with two very inexperienced realtors representing our buyer and their contingent buyer. She was the only realtor who knew the necessary steps to get everyone through the deal. I'm confident that the deal would never had gone through except for Dawn's hard work and vast experience. Dawn always gets back to you immediately or answers my calls the first time. If she doesn't have an answer, she's on it immediately. She was also able to get us just compensation when the closing went over its deadline. My husband and I were also impressed how hard Dawn worked; We were amazed when she even showed up to make sure our septic tank passed certification. She makes sure that her clients are guided through the entire process. She often rearranged her schedule to be available for us. Dawn is the most intelligent, hard-working, experienced realtor you could ever find. She put the other two realtors representing the other parties to shame. I really saw first hand how important it is to have an experienced dedicated realtor, especially when dealing with a contingent buyer of your property. I can see why Dawn Bogert is a legend in Silverado.
