We had a very bad buying experience and were pretty put off by having to come out of escrow. I had met Michael just before that and called him shortly after. We were able to find a home together in just a few short weeks that was affordable, in a great neighborhood and by some great schools for our son. He helped make the buying process a breeze and without all the slick sales pitches/techniques you get from many realtors. Michael is down to Earth and delivers on his promises.

Amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers, throughout the process we never felt alone or over whelmed with information . Mike and his staff are very supportive and responded promptly with useful information to any concerns we had. Could not have asked for a better expirence and even now after closing we know Mike is there for us if we have any questions.

Michael was great all the way through the process. He is extremely trustworthy, highly competent and extraordinarily responsive by email, phone & text. He even sold our house for $10K over asking price in 1 DAY! We didn't have to do an open house! I would most certainly recommend him for anyone selling their home. I can only think of wonderful things to say about our experience working with Michael Browne at Sullivan Browne Properties. Buying a home can be such a daunting experience. For most it really is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and it is so important to have someone that will be there for you to guide you, give you good advice, and make the process as easy as possible to navigate. And Mike did just that. There was never a moment where we felt unsure of what we were doing or what the process was as he kept us so informed and worked with our loan officer to make things happen quickly and efficiently. He really learned what we wanted and made the process so much easier by doing things like previewing houses and making us tour books to help us compare houses. And on top of that he was always professional, on time and just a true pleasure to work with. After this experience my husband and I really feel we have made a trusted friend with Mike and are so happy with a new home. We could not recommend him more!

I waited a few months before doing a review, just to make sure everything went good. The sale of my place went for the most part great. We had a few hiccups with a sub contractor. But Michael helped us through it all and got it sold fast. I Would recommend him.
