Katya was absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience! She was incredibly responsive, always quick to address our questions and concerns, no matter the time or day. Her thoughtful approach and deep understanding of the real estate process made us feel completely at ease. She was also exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain every step in detail and ensuring we were comfortable with every decision. Mr. Ivan Butrus is the best and alongside the Palisade, Zillow team! Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient! I had the best experience with him, from looking at multiple properties and settling on one- all showings done in 1 day. Being from the east coast. Video calling, to docusign. Everything was extremely easy. I appreciate your negotiation skills, proactive communication and your ability to listen to my needs and prioritize priorities was invaluable in finding the ideal home for my elder parents and siblings and their family. I truly cannot recommend Brittnie enough as a realtor! From beginning to end of our search she was incredible! Brittnie is so knowledgeable in the field and great at explaining things in laymen’s terms to those of us that feel like home buying is a foreign language. This was our first home buying experience and she made the process way less stressful! She was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our questions and available to us in many ways. While in escrow, she helped us in booking multiple inspections and being there even after escrow closed for things that still needed to be done! She heard our dreams for our house and helped us turn that into a reality! She has my full trust and support and thoroughly enjoyed working with her in this process!
