From our initial phone interview, her knowledge of the submarket and HOA stood out. When we met in person, she was understanding, efficient, and respectful of our limited time in Annapolis. Her expertise in estate sales was critical, and she patiently guided us through the process. Michele helped us find an auctioneer for the home's contents and utilized her appraisal background to address potential issues. She also connected us with and oversaw contractors to prepare the home for sale. Michele was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond, had so much knowledge, knew the area and what to look out for really well, and was honestly so kind to work with. We were first time home buyers but she never made us feel dumb for not knowing anything. She even caught something they overcharged us for at closing. We would work with her again!

I'm from Massachusetts and live 7 hours from where the property was. Michele was indispensable in helping to get the property ready for sale, and for helping to manage a variety of requirements. It would have been a nightmare to have done it without her, and she made it effortless and much more manageable. The home was my late mother's, and the emotional difficulty in selling it was greatly alleviated by Michele's help. I deeply appreciate having her to assist with the process.

The time and attention she gave to helping us prepare our home for sale, to respond to other realtor and potential buyer feedback and to negotiate the best sales contract for our personal needs was unsurpassed. We first met Michele in 2012 when we were looking to buy a property in Southern MD. She made the process so easy. We have bought/sold many homes in our careers with the US military, so we knew how this works, and she still made it a much easier process than we have ever experienced. So, when we were looking at selling a rental property in the DC suburbs in 2018, i called her again. She stepped in and took charge! Things we hadn't even thought of, she was already there. She is an expert on the area, knows all the necessary vendors if work needs to be done, and maintains close contact throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend her -- she is superb. Oh, and our rental property sold over asking with a healthy profit. Thanks, Michele!
