Michelle did a fantastic job. She met all of our needs and was on the ball from day one. She provided excellent communication and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. She was simply the best!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle Russell in our search for our Monterey home. Right from the start, we felt that we were in good hands, and leaned on Michelle for direction and advice because she is honest and very informative. Michelle was in constant communication with us bringing up to speed with every step of the process. She’s been in the business for a good number of years, and has extensive knowledge of the Monterey County market. Since we are not from the area, she imparted her knowledge of the area, which including her driving us around the different neighborhoods. Michelle is tenacious, very professional, and has built up a solid network that was to our advantage. It was wonderful working with Michelle as she is very down to earth and pleasant, and she listened to what we were looking for in a home. Because Michelle knew what we were looking for, and because she is very detailed oriented, she would point out things that we hadn’t even considered. Michelle guided us every step of the way to the right home in our target area, in a short amount of time, and we couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Michelle!

Michelle is awesome! We have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have never before encountered the obstacles we encountered with our last sale! We are so thankful we had Michelle working for us… she handled it flawlessly and we never could have gotten through this without her. Her training, her experience, and her personality combine to make her a dynamic realtor who achieves awesome results!

Michelle is the BEST! We were looking for a house during the pandemic, which wasn't the best time for anyone. It took us about 8 months to find the right house for us. Michelle showed us many houses until we found the right one and she never lost patience. She always said " We'll keep looking until we find your house for you. Michelle has great knowledge of the Local area & it's real real estate . She has great people skills & negotiation skills as well. She was always looking out for us. During the time we were looking for a house, I had many conversations with Michelle, not just about houses. We came to feel that Michelle was more than a real estate agent, a friend & someone we could really trust. If we are ever in the market to buy or sell another house, there's no one else we would call but Michell. We give her our highest recommendation.

Michelle is the best realtor we have ever dealt with…we have sold numerous properties the last few years and she is simply the best…hands down! Always working…very easy to contact and extremely accommodating…we will not use another agent in the future…what more can I say!
