After working with Regina, I can wholeheartedly say that would give her a hundred stars if I could. We were buyers and involved in a fast-track search for property in Monterey County, looking at very specific areas with a very specific budget. There wasn't much available, so we widened our search area. Regina went with me to properties far and wide (even as far north as Aptos), spending many hours and giving her unvarnished opinion on each one, often catching things I would not have. When we finally did locate a home to purchase, she handled the transaction masterfully, from the negotiation to the close. She was always available for a phone call or text and frequently made recommendations that eased the process along. If you're looking for someone to get the job done for you, look no further. When next I go to sell or buy, Regina will be the agent I turn to.

Our real estate agent, Regina Shaw, was a great help in locating the home we bought. She found it even before it became advertised online. She knew immediately it was what we were looking for and she was right. Since we were in the process of selling our home in Sacramento, she professionally coordinated both Sacramento and Salinas title companies so that both would close on the same day. Regina was always available day and night to answer any questions we might have. We were very impressed with her local knowledge, immediate response, and excellent negotiation skills. She was a total professional, yet so very kind and caring.

I feel very lucky to have been put into contact with Regina to guide us through our home buying journey. She worked patiently with us for many months to help us find the absolute perfect home. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated, punctual, committed to her clients, and has a great sense of humor. Looking back, I cannot imagine going through this process without her - I would highly recommend Regina to anyone looking to buy a home!

Enough cannot be said about Regina's excellence in real estate as well as well as her professionalism and integrity. She was very patient with us in our search for a home as it took us time to finally realize what we were looking for. But more than that she consistently went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our transition to a new town that was 100 miles from where we were living and couldn't always be there. To say that we highly recommend her is not strong enough. Thank You Regina!

We have used Regina for multiple purchases and have always found her very professional. She is an expert realtor who really knows her stuff! Her ability to negotiate a fair purchase price, or an extension on a purchase timeline is impressive. We are very picky buyers, and she is a very patient realtor showing us many many homes over a two year period until we found the perfect one for our family. The escrow on our last purchase was very time consuming and stressful, but Regina and her contacts in the industry were able to make the purchase happen. For all future home sales or purchases I will only use Regina!
