Nicole did a great job with our recent purchase in Carmel! We were in a convoluted situation - selling 2 properties in TX, buying one in Carmel, and keeping 4 other properties in TX and Colorado, yet she had the mortgage partner relationship firm that understood our situation and she truly pushed them to "ABC", she is the kind of realtor I would recommend to anyone that wants a very committed professional that will find a way to close, even if she has to try and find creative ways to make it all happen!

I was fortunate to meet Kimberly Flores by chance in 2020. She helped me secure an off market property back in December of 2020. Fast forward to 2024. She listed, sold my home in record time and exceeded all of my expectations. Kimberly communicates and executes at a very high level. She is an asset, a professional listener, goes beyond the extra mile, genuinely has your best interest, an extraordinary human and her energy is like no other. Adam was wonderful to work with! We purchased a home from out of town and he went above and beyond in so many ways we can’t name them all. There wasn’t anything that came up in which Adam didn’t offer assistance with. We can’t thank him enough and feel so fortunate that we found him!

We were very fortunate to have found Kimberly when my partner and I were searching for a home in Carmel Valley. It was clear from the onset that she was truly a partner and not a transaction-oriented go-between. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always responsive. She held our hands and expertly guided us through two contracts to ensure that we wound up in the house of our dreams. When it became clear that the first property we interested in wasn't a good fit (the sellers were hiding some things), Kimberly was the first to say, "Let's cut bait on this one, and we'll find something better." And we did. Not only was Kimberly patient and supportive of us as we moved through the buying process, she also was able to help us find reputable and reliable inspectors, tradesmen, contractors and other support while we navigated the transition to the Monterey Peninsula. Kimberly was incredibly helpful and collaborative with our condo purchase. She was quite knowledgeable about that condo unit as well as other units in the building. I had numerous questions during the entire escrow process, and she responded quickly to my many texts and calls. If she didn't know an answer right away, she could easily contact one of her colleagues to get that answer. I am definitely appreciative of her guidance, and I unequivocally give her a five-star rating.
