When we found our dream home, Michelle was a rockstar. She helped us strategize our offer to make sure we got the house without overpaying. Her deep knowledge of the area was invaluable, helping us avoid bad properties and make smart choices. Michelle was relentless in cutting through issues with unresponsive realtors, title companies, and sellers. She even resolved last-minute problems, like getting the home cleaned, to ensure everything went smoothly for us. Michelle Vanderwolf and her team, which included Kelly Patterson, were wonderful to work with. They were professional from the start and I was so happy that they agreed to work with me to get my home sold. First they came in and staged portions of my home, which I had never had an agent do. Then they worked hard, constantly doing open houses and advertising to get my house noticed. I heard from them after every open house as to what the prospective buyer thought. Michelle and Kelly did a great job negotiating the sale for me. I was so grateful to have them as my agents.

Many homeowners cringe at the thought of paying agent fees when selling a house. But I never once questioned the value Michelle and her team provided. They earned every penny of that commission... and then some. They helped me stage my home perfectly, sold it in far less time than the average home in my area, even watered my plants when I had to go out of town!! My hot water tank blew the MORNING of our closing. Michelle was already on the phone with the home warranty company before I even knew about the problem AND saved me about $1k! She literally took. care. of. everything. I can't recommend Michelle and her team enough. They all went above and beyond.
