I have worked with Michelle to buy a property and I came back to her to sell another property. I would Never go to another realtor. The amount of tenacity she exudes to keep on top of all the different timelines throughout the process is abundant and effortless. Michelle made our first time home buying experience so much less stressful. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She helped us with so many questions, almost anytime of the day. She made time for us and was very approachable. She really cared about what we liked/wanted in a house and not her pockets. Her husband is very nice and caring too. Looking back now, we are so happy with our house and we cannot thank Michelle enough for the great communication between all parties. She fought for us and what we wanted. She is a great person and great realtor. Highly recommend!!!!!??

Michelle helped me look at several properties during the course of a month. I never felt pressured towards putting in offer in on anything I didn't truly want, and I was never pushed to look at any properties or types of properties I was not interested in. When I found a house I liked, Michelle gave me an extremely thorough rundown of the entire home buying process and gave me several tips on making an enticing offer in an incredibly competitive market. She gave me detailed information on everything that I could include in an offer and at the end gave me a bulleted rundown of every question I had to answer before making an offer. As a first time home buyer this made everything very simple and easy for me to follow, and she was available rapidly via text whenever I needed any help understanding something. I had a very tight closing window and Michelle provided an invaluable timeline of when exactly I needed to have everything done, which was a huge help to making sure I got everything done on time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area.
