In 2019 we bought with Miguel. Before this point we had bought and sold twice. Since this point we have bought and sold twice more. Miguel was the worst realtor we have ever worked with. He lied throughout the process and represented his own interests and not ours as buyers. We were told that the buyers were ok with us doing a rent back. Turns out we couldn’t and had to stay in a hotel because we were notified a day before (coming from out of state). He would get snippy with us and spoke to us disrespectfully many times. Saying insane things like, “why is this so hard for you guys” frustratingly while simultaneously half explaining things and lying. As a buying realtor your job is not hard. Yet, he managed to still be incredibly useless. We might as well have just represented ourselves throughout the buying process. I thought many times about reporting him and I meant to write this review a while ago but because of the tumultuous state of our deal I didn’t get around to it. We were from out of state and I think this is, in large part, why he thought he could do the things he did and why he has so many good reviews. Likely they’re local. Not using him a year later and profiting a high margin off of our home was the best thing we could have done. Don’t buy with him. Especially if you’re coming from out of state.

Natalie did a wonderful job! She kept me informed every step of the way. There was no guess work for me whatsoever, the communication was excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with her all-around efforts. I definitely recommend her if you're in the market for a RE Agent.

Natalie was great to work with. She was very responsive and advocated for our best needs. She is also very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop during the entire selling process.

Sonia Bravo is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. She made the experience of purchasing our home seamless as well as with the least amount of stress possible. We did run into some hurdles during the process, but she was able to assist us in navigating those hurdles with ease and confidence. I would recommend Sonia to anyone who is ready to purchase and/or sell their home.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our forever home, thanks to the efforts of our realtor. Sonia noted our needs, was patient with the process and completed the purchase with our best interest in mind. I highly recommend her.
