William Gordon and Team Gordon did an outstanding job in helping us sell our home. From the first meeting, they were on top of all the facts regarding the property and the surrounding area of the home. From the Pictures taken for the listing to the Open houses and advertisement done for the listing it showed how professional and committed this team is. They were responsive at all times throughout the day and helped us close the sale of our house within a few short weeks.

If you ever worked with the triumvirate known as Team Gordon, you will immediately understand why in the past 10-15 years they have become such a powerful force in Bakersfield and Oxnard/Ventura real estate sales. Each of the three brings something different to the table. Sheeza, the first to blaze the trail for the family in this business, is an incredibly personable force who is so gregarious that she is a born salesperson. Her husband Frank had decades of experience as a business lawyer before joining the team. He listens well, and when he speaks it’s worth hearing. He was particularly adept at researching our prospects and comps when we put our house on sale. It’s great to have his eyes on all the legal paperwork. Their son William is point man on a lot of transactions, and he is so technologically savvy that he is an key asset to the sales process. He understands how social media has completely changed the residential real estate process, he communicates well and REGULARLY as days go on and he was invaluable at walking through the house BEFORE the videographer/photographer (He uses an EXCELLENT ONE) to point out small changes that should be made to leave the best impression when potential buyers review the house on the internet, which nowadays seems to be where everyone starts. All three are strong at STRATEGY to get the best price AND the most hassle-free escrow. After they get things going, their skill at sorting through offers and how to make it happen is priceless. The attention to detail is WHY they achieve such high sales numbers. You feel taken care of. Just walk into the conference room at their offices and see the stunning number of awards they have won over the years. It’s amazing, that consistency. Gordon’s team did an exceptional job selling our home for us on a corporate move. They were always friendly and kind and helped so much since we were already gone while our house was for sale. We would recommend them to anyone!!! We will use them again if we are ever back in Bakersfield.
