Mike was a tremendous help and resource in finding and eventually buying my first home. As a first time homeowner, he made sure I understood all parts of the process from start to finish and answered all my questions effectively. His local expertise was clear from the start, which made me feel confident the process would go smoothly (and it did). Mike is professional, easy to work with, timely and courteous, and great at his job. He is friendly and a class act. It was a good, positive experience all around, each step of the way. Much appreciated. Excellent, 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

I was on a short schedule and then traveling on the road and yet Mike was so responsive and easy to communicate with. He worked crazy late hours to keep the paperwork moving in a challenging market. He helped keep me informed at every step of the negotiation process. His knowledge of the area and the market helped me compete in a tough buyer's market and land the home of my dreams.

I have used Mike four times for my real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable about real estate markets. Most recently, I enlisted his help with selling my condo. With only minimal upgrades it sold within 18 hours of listing and for more than asking price! Mike also helped us to purchase a new home. He showed us homes until we found just the right one. Mike new exactly what we were looking for and found our new home before it hit the market! From writing the offer through closing, Mike was right there every step of the way, answering questions and making sure everything went smoothly. Even after we moved in Mike called to find out how everything was going and whether or not we had any questions or concerns. His staff is also top-notch, always being friendly, professional and efficient! This was another all-around great experience!
