Words cannot describe how absolutely thrilled I am that I got to work with Teresa Cline. I’m a first-time home owner and was really lucky to get such a positive experience. So good it makes me want to go house hunting with her again (almost hahaha)!! We showed interest on Zillow of a listing she was associated with. Sadly, that house went quickly but she offered her services to make sure we got into our dream home. We were moving from across the country so much of the work had to be done over phone calls from different time zones, but that was never a problem for her. She worked with our schedule and never missed a call. We flew out to Ohio for a week to actually look at the houses and that’s when it got really great! She knew we had limited time to act and wanted to make sure we made the most of our trip and could leave confident that we had somewhere to live when we relocated. We looked at so many houses over such a short period of time that I lost count but she helped us keep it straight. Every night we would do a recap and she would schedule out the following day in an order that made sense so we didn’t waste time driving back and forth. I was amazed with how well she listened to our wishes; we never saw a house we would have rejected without seeing. She was able to point out structural flaws that we wouldn’t have found out about until the inspection otherwise. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at so we could really find where to call home. When we narrowed in on a couple we really loved, she arranged to have us see them again for a final comparison. When we finally picked a home and headed back across the country, she ran the show of tying up all the loose ends here so we could focus on the big move. We showed up and signed the papers and now live in a house that we love, in a neighborhood we adore, and we feel very confident in the success of the whole endeavor. She’s even checked up on me a few times to make sure I’m still happy with this purchase. Buying my dream home for my family was the highlight of my 2020. Thank you, Teresa, for making that a reality.

We had an outstanding experience with Mike in purchasing our home. Mike's work ethic was impressive and he did a great job working with the sellers to come to a deal for us. I highly recommend Mike.

Very knowledgeable with every aspect of a real estate transaction. Has a genuine need to always do what’s right and best for his client. Always makes himself available even in difficult times during Covid. He listed our home, reviewed all the comparable sales data with us and was open and understanding to our input. He did a wonderful job selling our home.
