I found out about Mike because he was willing to look into an oddball foreclosure possibility, and no other realtor even responded to my inquiry. I signed up immediately and in less than two months found a home. Mike and his team led me through all the complications of home buying, especially the more tedious aspects of it. Mike was a star from the minute we met as he exuded a calm confidence while being able to share and be a part of the natural excitement in purchasing a new home. His early advice and instant responsiveness was single handedly the reason I was able to prevail during a very competitive bidding. Through out the process towards closing, Mike was the great communicator, keeping me posted on everything, remaining in contact with his my broker and making certain we were ready for a successful close. Mike was organized, efficient, knowledgeable. As have been other realtors I worked with over the years over different purchases. But what makes Mike the best, is his genuine excitement and happiness over the process. He was present at closing, all dressed up fancy as if to be my best man at the celebration of the marriage of me and my house, which it sort of was. You don't realize how refreshing it is to see someone genuinely love their job and spreading that joy through out the encounter. This was my first business transaction with Mike; it won't be my last.
