Working with Melissa was the best real estate decision we could have made. When we were ready to move from our starter home to our 'forever home,' she and her team were knowledgeable and creative and took the time to understand what our family really needed in our next house. She found us great buyers and negotiated timelines for both our sale and our purchase that worked out for us financially and logistically. We love our new home and would never have found it if it weren't for Melissa and her team.

We met Melissa at an Open House she was hosting in Swampscott. We were at the very, very beginning stages of thinking about a move to the North Shore from Boston. We adored her immediately. A few weeks later we kicked off our official search and decided we had to work with Melissa. We were trying to do this quickly and during a pandemic, and she was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and well-connected throughout the North Shore. She is a fantastic coach who will tell you the truth no matter what, and make sure any offer you make is a strong one. She is the most responsive and clear communicator I've ever worked with in real estate or otherwise. Having her represent us during this process was the key element of what made it possible for us to find a home and have our offer accepted in this highly competitive market. We definitely wouldn't be where we are today without her. She loves what she does and it shows. In addition to being incredible at her work, she is clearly a good, kind, compassionate person and I was so proud to have her represent us. I constantly sing her praises and recommend her to anyone who will listen. This is the woman you want to work with!

Cannot say enough good things about Melissa, she was so wonderful to work with. This was our first experience buying a home and she was soooo helpful. She answered our texts and calls very quickly when we had questions and she gave us some great advance along the way. Even when we lost patience in the 3-4 month process of looking for the perfect home, Melissa was there to be our cheerleader. She helped us get the perfect home in the end and we still to this day text her for contractor/plumbing/painter advice and she is still there to help us. Would highly recommend working with Melissa. If we ever need to sell our home, we know who to call!

Melissa is an amazing real estate agent! She helped us sell a house and buy our dream house in Swampscott -- all during a pandemic. She found us great and flexible buyers so we could sell off-market, and then found us a perfect house that we were also able to purchase off-market. Throughout this whole process, she was positive, pleasant, and responsive. I cannot recommend Melissa enough. Best realtor ever!

I cannot imagine having a better agent than Melissa. In addition to her wealth of knowledge on the local market and offer & closing processes, she is incredibly responsive to any and all questions related to your new house. We told Melissa what we were interested in, our budget, and what matters most to us, and she guided us through several properties with full transparency on the pros and cons of each prospective home. We wanted to take our time and Melissa was very patient and accommodating, and when we finally found our dream home, she moved super fast to put an offer in and close the deal with all of our needs fully met. If we ever sell our home or buy another, she is the first person we will call!
