Selling a condo in Vermont while living in Maryland is not easy. Well, unless Mindy Hastings is your realtor! She guided us (remotely) through the process, setting realistic expectations and goals for us, which were all achieved with her help and guidance. She coordinated all the pictures, dealt with the HOA and even referred a local trusted attorney. Could not have been happier with the experience.

We met Mindy Hastings as we began our search for a home in our local area. We could not have been happier. Mindy went out of her way to find out what we really wanted and made sure we understood that she wasn't interested in just selling us a house, she was interested in finding something that fit our idea of what we were looking for. She knew the area, showed us the listings we wanted to see, and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made sure all our concerns were addressed and was very helpful guiding us through anything we didn't understand about the process. She has a way of making you feel like you are her only client...even though we knew she was busy with other folks. She was super responsive and we still feel like she is a part of our family, not just the realtor we used to purchase our home. I rave about her to everyone I know. She is the best!

We were interested in a house in the Rutland area, and on one of our day trips to Vermont we stopped in to the realtors office to inquire about our house of interest. We did not have a realtor at the time, but Mindy Hastings was very responsive to our inquiry. Not only did Mindy work with us on the house we were interested in, but gave us a few more options to consider as well. We ended up placing an offer on one of he house Mindy recommend instead of the house we were initially interested in. Once we were shown the home and placed an offer we were under contract in less than 2 weeks of meeting Mindy. During the buying process, the seller and sellers agent became difficult to work with, but Mindy kept us involved and was able to overcome the obstacles that the selling party was creating. Mindy was also very professional and manage to always be there for us when we needed her. We would highly recommend Mindy Hastings from Caldwell Banker of Rutland.

Mindy was excellent from the very moment we connected. She was always immediately available to answer all of my questions. I felt that she was just as excited as we were about buying this house. I had complete trust that she had our best interests at heart.

I would give Mindy 10 stars out of 5 for responsiveness if I could. She was on top of everyone throughout the entire process, She made herself available at every turn, responding immediately and following up diligently. She is personable and friendly, but also advocates for her client like a bulldog. I always felt like she had my interests as her primary focus, beyond just getting the deal done. I would highly recommend her without reservation.
