We are so thankful to Misty for the time and attention she gave us as she was working with us. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Springfield area. She went above and beyond all expectations! I appreciate how she communicated not only her expertise but also empathy and kindness while working through the process of attempting to sell a home, even though it didn’t sell in the end due to circumstances out of our control. She absolutely earns all 5 stars across the board! We would definitely work with her again if we were ever to return to the area.

I met Misty while she was conducting an Open House in a beautiful home that we put a bid on. We didn't get that one but she helped us find the right house after looking at more houses than I can remember. She is tireless and determined when it comes to finding the house you are meets your expectations. She also worked hard to sell our old house and even though the market was slow, she was pushing to make the sale at the right price. Misty is the agent you want with either a sale or purchase.

Misty worked with us to find the perfect home. After visiting over 80 listings she found the right one in the right location and helped us through the closing. We were very picky as to specifications but she was determined and stayed with us. She also listed our home and provided the advise we need to get it sold for an equitable price. If you are looking for an active and involved real estate agent, she is the one you want to have. She is the best!
