Monica was a true pleasure to work with. She treated the marketing and sale of our small condo like it was a Buckhead mansion. Monica did a fabulous job staging my home and helping me get it ready for market! She sold our home in 3 days at above asking price and was so helpful in facilitating the closing process. Monica exhibits all the traits you want in a real estate agent. Professional, friendly, diligent, detailed oriented, excellent communicator, great ideas, and truly caring.
