I have had the experience of working for a major financial institution and met and worked with many realtors over decades both professionally and personally. Having worked with Randy and Jay on multiple transactions, I could not think of a better team to list my home. Their expertise helped us sell our home for top dollar when prices were leveling starting to decline. They know what buyers are going to ask for, and they presented a listing strategy that anticipated everything. It's like they have a magic crystal ball! I am so happy and grateful for this team! Randy did an amazing job guiding me through the homebuying process! As a first-time homebuyer, I was completely unaware of the process and Randy was there every step of the way. He patiently showed me house after house and was honest with his opinion whenever I asked for it, which was often. Randy knew which house I was going to buy before I did! He also has great referrals for all the new people I need in my life (handyman, landscaper, decorator, etc). I can't say enough positive things about Randy McClintock, Jay Cooper, and the whole Coldwell Banker team!

Natasha was excellent and professional in every aspect. Well prepared, available, with immediate response, thoughtful suggestions that I used. I selected her out of four people that I interviewed and she prepared the the best proposal for my needs. I was 2,000 miles away trying sort thru the mystery of selling my brothers condo in the Nevada Probate system. She steered me thru it from the start to a successful conclusion. I would without any reservation recommend her.

The Cooper-Kattau team has helped us find our dream home. In this difficult housing market it is so important to work with a knowledgeable agent whom you can trust. Natasha was always on time. She spent a lot of time guiding us through choosing the right neighborhood and negotiated with the seller’s agent very skillfully. All the paperwork was done efficiently. Even after the closure Natasha helped with the recommendations for various services. She truly has passion for what she does and excels on all points. Highly recommend!
