Emina truly went above and beyond any and all expectations. She refused to stop searching until we found our dream home. Stood by our side until the papers were signed. Her response time with any questions was instant. Never made us feel discouraged in such a hard market. If you are looking for someone that will never give up, Emina is your realtor. Emina is an extremely skilled and knowledgable agent and made our home buying process extremely easy!! I would never hesitate to work with her again in the future. We got daily updates with new homes in our search preferences, and when we saw something we liked, Emina had a showing scheduled within the same day. She is that quick and good! When we went to showings, she was so knowledgable and asked the selling agent questions we couldn't even imagine asking ourselves but were thankful were asked nonetheless. When it came time for us to make an offer, Emina looked at comparable homes and had us offer a price that was right in the ball park that the seller would find intriguing. She is such a good communicator and got us our dream home because of her amazing skills. I can't speak highly enough of our process working with her. She is amazing and will be the best realtor you ever work with!

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and had a lot of questions about the process. Andrew was a great help in answering any questions I had over any detail and walked me through what to expect. I’m addition he was great at negotiation and knowing what questions to ask about the properties we looked at. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Rich helped me buy my very first home and I couldn't have imagined a better buying experience. He is a very professional and personable individual, and I could depend on him for help and advice every step of the way. Due to his extensive knowledge of the Chicago-land area, he was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. One of his most important qualities is his ability to connect people together effectively as it helps make the process more efficient. He never let me down and very much enjoyed working with him. I certainly will be seeking his help again next time I look into buying a home and will be recommending him to friends and family.

This was my first time buying a condo and Rich had a lot of issues with the buyer, he took care of everything! There was a language barrier, credits for things that had to be repaired and an attorney/title company change during the contract phase, Rich was on top of every issue immediately, updates whenever they happened, it doesn't matter what the price range is, if your buying or selling I strongly suggest using Rich. He excided expectations! Again Rich and his team worked hard, very professional and got the deal done.
