Nicole did an outstanding job assisting us with selling our home. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price while considering the future market for the area (it was a very unprecedent time in the market). Nicole met with us originally to get a feel for our house and our needs. She provided us with a step-by-step process so we knew our responsibilities and hers (and her team) along with a detailed timeline. No surprises. She and her team met with us again and provided a list of items to ensure our house would be competitive and marketable - without depleting our savings. Nicole was very involved in all aspects of the process. She was friendly, quick to respond to text, calls, emails, regularly checked-in with us, and ALWAYS provided great suggestions, advise and data to back it all up! We really appreciated her expertise through the entire process - even when it got tough and/or I would dig in with my opinions - she provided me with resources, data, and examples so that I could make better decisions (getting my ego and feelings out of the game) during the process. She LISTENED to our hopes and dreams and then made them a reality - literally! We are extremely happy with how professional, understanding, and knowledgeable, Nicole was and she is truly excellent at her job! We would absolutely ask Nicole to help us again if we are ever in the need to buy or sell AGAIN!
