Connie Antoniou is a creative, well-respected, honest, trustworthy, successful, excellent, professional real estate agent. She not only represents herself well, but she also represents Jameson Sotheby’s well in her far-reaching marketing plans and executions. She goes over and above to meet your needs, meet contractors, do multiple showings—all with that great can-do attitude. Her years of experience and her wealth of knowledge are so valuable! Connie did an excellent job in selling our house. We have known Connie for many years, and we highly recommend her as a fabulous real estate agent whether you are buying or selling real estate!

I would like to write this review for my experience in selling my home and using Connie Antoniou as my agent. I chose Connie because she was selling homes in my neighborhood for near asking prices when other realtors were not. Connie suggested staging and provided any contractor needed to improve and update the appearance of my home. Not only did she recommend and provide said contractors, but they responded immediately to her and were often the fairest price for the work involved. After we retained Connie we had two good offers and she saw the last offer through every detail until closing. I recommend her to anyone because she is hardworking and professional and knows the real estate business inside and out. We were happy to sell our home very close to our asking price.

After lack of success with another real estate agent in the area, we asked a colleague who had recently sold his estate for a recommendation; he highly recommended Connie. Our turn to do the same. Extremely competent, knowledgable, and professional. She came up with creative solutions to overcome challenges and help us in fixing and marketing our Barrington house, as we live out of state. Our house sold very quickly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Awesome! Selling my home with Connie was a truly outstanding experience. We were living in Florida when we decided to sell our home in Illinois. We chose Connie and her team because of their exceptional reputation. Their individualized "hands on" approach was even greater than we anticipated. They managed all the details from marketing, creating our home to show best, to the final closing. The expertise of her entire team made what could have been a challenging and worrisome task, stress free. (A special thanks to Kate for her "above and beyond" help.) Their plan was executed to perfection. Our home sold quickly. They were more than just a realtor. We felt like we were working with trusted friends. We would highly recommend Connie and her team to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Connie and her team helped our family sell our existing home and purchase a new home this summer. Our experience with Connie through this process was nothing short of exceptional. I originally contacted Connie because of her expertise in the location we were looking to purchase as well a strong recommendation from a friend. Purchasing and selling can certainly be stressful. And I think everyone's hope is that they can find an agent that is going to meet their expectations in every aspect of the task. Connie was always prompt with communication, always available to answer questions, had the highest standards of professionalism and had impeccable attention to detail. She and her team made the entire process very manageable. I actually hope that I don't have to sell or purchase another home for quite some time.
