We could not have been happier being able to work with such a wonderful agent that was able to help us through every step of the home buying process in such a brutal market. Patti displayed an exemplary commitment to our home searching process while my wife and I were currently living out of state and managing showings with our parents on weeknights and weekends when we were back in the area. She did not sugar coat anything when it came to inspecting every nook and cranny of potential houses which helped our relationship become very transparent that ultimately benefited both of us. Patti is a five star example of what a realtor should be and I would recommend her to anyone searching for their dream home.

Working with Patti was an amazing experience! From the moment we approached Patti about buying a home, she went above and beyond every step of the way. Patti is extremely knowledgeable on mortgages, the housing market, the greater Lansing area, the different aspects of homes, and home buying. Patti was always available to provide us with consistent updates and answer any questions we had. She walked us through every step and explained everything to the point that there were no surprises, which was wonderful given that this was our first home buying experience. She made buying a house about as simple and easy as it can be. If anyone is looking for a home, we highly recommend Patti! Plus, she is so much fun to look at houses with! She shares in the enthusiasm when looking at houses with you, is always eager and ready to go look at new houses with you, and really listens to what you like or dislike or want and makes sure to help you find a place that meets your criteria.
