I cannot say enough good things about working with Pauline. We were intimidated by relocating within the competitive Vienna market and wanted an expert on the area. A friend immediately recommended Pauline and I am still grateful. She listened to us and was responsive at our initial meeting. Not only did she find us our current house, which we are thrilled with, but she helped us list our previous home with a tight turn around time. Her recommendations for cleaners and contractors were invaluable in helping us get our house ready for the market. We received multiple offers and the offer we accepted exceeded our expectations. Though we hit a few snags during the closing process, Pauline’s expertise and support kept everything on track. I do not believe we would have found or successfully closed on our current home had we used another agent. On top of being extremely competent and knowledgeable, Pauline is also a delight personally. I would absolutely use her again (which hopefully won’t be anytime soon) and will recommend her to friends in the future.

Pauline was incredible to work with. She was thoughtful of my budget, was always extremely responsive to any/all of my questions, and most importantly, understanding. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very unsure of many aspects of the homebuying process. Pauline guided me through the entire process from start to finish like an old friend and helped me make decisions that were right for ME. Having worked with a few other realtors, this was an invaluable quality. She knew the market, knew the area, and had a knowledge that fought me to get the best deal possible. I cannot overstate how amazing Pauline is!!

Pauline is the reason we are now sitting in our amazing first home that we have been dreaming about for years! Her knowledge of the area, process, and way with people makes for a truly enjoyable home buying process. We immediately felt like family to her, and knew she always had our best interest at heart. I'm not sure where to begin with how easy the process of selling my condo was with Pauline's help. She went over and beyond in helping me to get it sold quickly and at a price that was amazing based on the marker conditions, more than I expected! She helped to coordinate people to prep the home for sale, eliminating "one more thing" from my life plate. Working with Pauline made me feel so much less stressed about the entire process. I can't wait to have her help again when I purchase or sell my next home. Pauline is not only so knowledgeable about our local area, but she is also extremely kind, hard working and an expert negotiator! 10 out of 10 I would recommend her to family, friends and others!

Pauline Knipe did an outstanding job in selling our home in Vienna, VA. She provided us with detailed advice on preparing the house for sale, on the real estate market, and on every other aspect involved in selling a home. The result was a quick sale for a sum that was well above our asking price. The house went on the market on a Thursday, we had 14 viable offers by Sunday; and we had a contract with the best offer by Monday. The house was essentially sold in a weekend. Stellar work on the part of Pauline and her associates. Pauline was always avaiable to answer questions and provide advice. Any questions we had were answered by text, phone, email, or in person within the shortest period of time; often in minutes. Pauline also recommended an agent to assist us in the purchase of our new home. This agent was also outstanding. We gladly recommend Pauline as a superior real estate agent who respects and meets the needs of her clients.
