Peggy always was on top of things during our home purchase...and if she didn't have an immediate answer, she followed up with all of our questions promptly! It was great working with Peggy. Peggy did a great job helping me sell my parents’ condo. Our situation could have been a problem – my parents are elderly and weren’t able to actively participate in the sale, and I live out of state. Peggy stepped in numerous times to fill the gap - coordinating with the cleaners, hiring and overseeing the painters and carpet cleaner, checking on the progress of the estate sale company, getting rid of trash from last-minute repairs, and arranging for a professional photographer to take photos that showed off the strengths of the condo and its neighborhood. She gave us lots of helpful advice on preparing and selling the condo, and how to set a competitive price that was based on a thorough analysis of similar local properties. Her efforts really paid off - we got two solid offers after only two weeks, and after accepting the better one, Peggy advocated for us with the buyers’ real estate agent to reach a reasonable agreement about requested repairs. She handled all of the documentation and paperwork required for closing the sale, and did a great job of explaining the whole process to both me and my parents. Working with Peggy was truly a pleasure, and she earned our trust with hard work, clear communication, extensive local knowledge, and good advice based on years of experience in the business.

I found Peggy to be professional, very helpful and always available whenever I called and great to work with. My house sold in one day and close in 30 days.
