Tom got my house listed and sold quickly and efficiently, obtaining for me significantly above what I expected as a final price. I would recommend Tom Farrell to orher perspective house buyers. He was very easy to work with. He gave us his honest opinion the the houses we looked at even the not so nice houses. A great realtor!

Without tom I wouldn't have made it through the home buying process. He was by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. He never pressured me into any home we looked at. In fact he turn me away from a couple I was interested in that were more money simply because they were not what I needed in a house. Tom became not just a real estate agent but a friend in the process. He made the rough process as smooth as possible and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. Two thumbs up!!

My wife and I are so happy with our decision to have Tom as our Realtor. We were with another agent for over a year and nothing was really happening with our house that we had For Sale. Our old agent told us we had zero chance of getting what we owed on the house so we should do a short sale. The first time we met with Tom we knew he was our guy. He actually listened to what we wanted and hoped for and he delivered. Tom was able to sell our house in one week for full asking price. He saved our credit from taking a hit and actually put some money in our pocket. We also used Tom for purchasing a house and what a great experience it was. He was very knowledgeable about the market of new homes and old. We were able to find our current home in a matter of two weeks. He negotiated the price to make it work for us. Tom listens to what you want in a house and will be completely honest with you if he doesn't think that something isn't a good idea. He has great knowledge of the home buying/selling and is professional. I would highly recommend Tom for your next sell or purchase of a home. THANK YOU Tom.
