I called him in regards to selling my home and set up a time for the following day to come visit and get started on listing it. I had done some research and thought he would be a good agent to go with. Our initial call was a bit awkward, seemed as if he was not use to having folks call him about selling their home. Then, the day he was supposed to come over he was a no-show. I took time off work and had my house all ready for him and nothing, not even a text. I called him and he said that he couldn't make it today but didn't even try to reschedule and was generally rude.

Brian was an awesome realtor. He was so responsive throughout the whole process. If we expressed any interest in a house, he was out sometimes even the same day to show it to us, and he was always available for a phone call to answer questions or offer advice.
