Thanks to Peter Testa I escaped making double mortgage payments. I bought my new house but still owned a townhome. Having moved out of state I needed someone to act on my behalf, getting the property ready for sale and going there to keep an eye on the work I was having done. As promised Peter made all the necessary trips to check on the progress and gave me regular updates. While I was on vacation there was a contractor who was not finishing the last part of the job. Peter contacted them himself and got them back to the property to complete the work. We would have lost time if he wasn't on top of it like he was. His action saved us lost time and money. Once the property was listed Peter did a great job marketing my property. The photos and write up were professional. We received multiple offers pretty quickly. Peter was great at presenting the pros+cons of each offer. I know we picked the right buyer AND Realtor! I appreciate Peter and how instrumental he was in my closing on time. It saved me thousands of dollars, what a Godsend he was!

I sold my last home with Connecticut Realtors Laura Testa and Peter Testa. They are no ordinary real estate agents they were more like amazing! I knew from our 1st meeting they would be the ones to sell my house for me. All through the time we worked together they were available to guide me. Once we signed an offer there were inspections and things came up. They gave me good advice on negotiating inspections and negotiated the list of items the buyer wanted fixed to only a few. Very good at what they do, thanks for the help selling. I'll tell anyone I know who needs help with real estate to call the 2 of you.

I buy, fix up and sell condominiums in Connecticut. I used Peter Testa to sell my last condo in Bethel. This is also the 2nd time I used him to sell my property. Peter does a great job communicating with everyone and stays on top of his deals. Whenever we speak he always knows exactly what's going on with my deal. He's great at marketing his listings and the pictures, write up and number of places my listing could be found was tops! I continue to be very satisfied with the service received and would say if you are buying or selling in CT you should give him a call.

Thank you for your help in finding us our first home. I know how hard you worked to get our offer accepted in this competitive market and we truly appreciate everything you did for us! Stepping into the house as owners was surreal. We had thought about this for so long and we are beyond happy to be here! We appreciate what you left for us at the house and thank you for taking such good care of us!

When we purchased our home we used Peter Testa with Nationwide Homes as our Realtor. We gave him our list of must-haves and he showed us the properties that fit us best. When a few items came up during inspections he arranged for them to be taken care of at no cost to us. Our overall experience with Peter was 5 stars and we would recommend him to anyone we know.
