Laura and Peter sold my mom’s house in 36 hours after listing! She negotiated with the buyer to get pretty close to the asking price and managed to add some perks to the offer so that we, as sellers, had less to do for the sale. Overall great to work with and quickly responsive to needs. Would recommend to anyone selling a home.

I recently needed to find an agent to sell my too-big house in Milford. I've sold one house before, but it was many years ago and in another state, so I had no allegiance to any agent in CT. I began the selection process in the normal way—asking friends, reading reviews and interviewing agents. The sad result of my research was frustration and confusion. Laura and Peter Testa of Nationwide Homes sat down with my wife and me, for a friendly, informative chat. Wife and I immediately bonded with them, because of their knowledge and magnetic personalities. I had positive feelings, but was reluctant to do a deal immediately. I started to tell them that we'd let them know. My usually indecisive wife interrupted, saying "Let's do it." I had no good reason to object, so we signed the papers, and I'm glad I did. The sale of the house took longer than expected and sold for a bit less than we hoped, but through the ordeal Laura was always available to provide quick, competent answers and advice. I recommend her highly.

Laura was amazing! She had great communication with us and was such a breathe of fresh air to work with! She knew what we were looking for and helped us find our gorgeous home.

Laura was kind and on top of everything. She knows her stuff and walked me through every step of the process. She was proactive. i had never sold realestate before and was over whelmed. Laura relieved my stress and put me at ease from the moment she and her husband Pete walked into my hone the course time.

I had Laura Testa help us with selling & buying. She is hands down the best real estate agent in the business! Laura was thorough and professional; great to work with. She understood our needs, took into account the current market and was on top of everything throughout the deal. She always let us know as soon as a new property came on the market. I don't know how she does it but somehow we closed on our sale in the morning & went straight to the closing on our purchase later that day. Amazing work! Would use Laura again in a heartbeat!
