When it comes to selling houses (in Northern Virginia) and dealing with the many and varied challenges that can (and, in our case did) arise, Pia Taylor proved herself to be unparalleled in her expertise and astounding resourcefulness. I endearingly call her the “Fairy Godmother of Real Estate Sales”. She went WAY above and beyond the call of duty using her creativity and perseverance to deal with one hurdle, setback, and complication after another. She did spectacular backflips, and regularly pulled rabbits out of her hat, all while maintaining her patience and professionalism throughout the process. I can wholeheartedly say that when you choose Pia to be your real estate agent, you will be very well represented and taken care of!

I found Pia through the RBN service. They say all their realtors are in the top of their field. Pia certainly fits that description. She was absolutely fabulous from the start of the process and continues to be fabulous after I’ve moved in and the sale is complete. I am a bit more high maintenance than I care to admit. Pia handled everything with a smile on her face and tons of information. New to the area, I wanted to be in a neighborhood with easy public transportation access. Pia drove me all around the area on several occasions in person and virtually to help me understand the neighborhoods. The place I ended up buying, had renters in it and coordinating time to view the place during my tight trip to the area within their schedules couldn’t have been easy. But Pia got me in, and got the offer submitted first, which helped me close in time to move directly into my new place. Highly recommend Pia Taylor. She is exactly who you want in your corner in the crazy NoVA housing market.

Pia is a rockstar realtor who genuinely cares about and fights for her clients. Pia worked with me to find the right property in Alexandria while I was still remote in Texas. She helped me better define my targets, served as a guide to various neighborhoods, took me on FaceTime showings, and ultimately positioned me and my offer in the best possible way to land a perfect home. I knew from day one that I was in good hands with Pia. Would recommend her to literally anyone who is ISO a realtor in the area.

Turn to your favorite dictionary and search on the word "genuine," and you'll find Pia Taylor - "Genuine: truly what something is said to be; authentic." You'll also find Pia to be accommodating, insightful, experienced, honest, and responsive. My wife and I can't recommend Pia and her team of Compass associates enough when it comes to selecting, walking us through all the various nuances of home buying, and helping us present the strongest offer possible (in this crazy market). Extremely friendly and well-connected, picking Pia to help us buy a home was the best decision. Search no further, Pia is an amazing Agent!

I highly recommend working with Pia if you’re looking to buy a home. As first time buyers, she made the whole experience less intimidating for us. She provided us with a ton of information and answered all of our crazy questions as total newbies to the home buying process. In a really competitive environment, we expected the home search process would take several months at least. With Pia’s help, we only ended up touring 12 homes, and we went under contract after only 4 weeks of searching. Pia was also super fun to work with and was really authentic in her approach. While we don’t plan on moving anytime soon, we will absolutely work with Pia again when the time comes.
