Rachel helped us in buying our home especially when making the offer, seller had reservations but we got it all worked out with Rachel's help.Our appraisal and inspections were done really fast. Would definitely recommend her, she not only helped with us buying a house she also sold ours but couldn't select 2 in the options. She helped the other couple to guide them to financing options and also referred us to a Mortgage lender to help with our pre-approval and financing. When listing our home we had an offer in 2 weeks time when we had previously tried to sell on our own with no luck. Every time we wanted to see a property she was right there to show us right away, there was no waiting, even the day we found our house she came right away and we got the offer in immediately. She even got our closings lined up the same day so we had as much time as possible to get moved from our other location. I also loved the fact that we could do all the negotiations by email so we didn't have to run out and sign papers all the time, we could just do it all by email that made everything very fast.
