Rachel was amazing to work with. She was very flexible and creative helping us find just the right place to buy for our first home. It was. Really helpful that she has experience with the VA home loan program as well.

Rachel is the best! She’s super communicative and matter of fact. She answered all our (many) questions very quickly, and expertly handled requests from potential buyers. We had a unique situation in selling a small condo in a prime part of town, and Rachel advised us along the way to getting a great price for our sale. The whole process was very straightforward with her help. I highly recommend working with Rachel!

I was originally matched to Rachel Folger of The Folger group via Cleverly, and she's been fantastic to work with. She has connections all over the place for all kinds of people you'll need to buy a house (inspectors, loan agents, etc.). Plus her Tiktok (thefolgergroup) is excellent for tips and advice!
