Rain is a kind and honest person and a very experienced realtor. She was always available to answer questions and helped us with our listing to get it sold. She isn’t pushy. When it came time for negotiating with a buyer she was tactful and firm.

Rain is very experienced and very kind, she goes out of her way to make sure the job is done right. Her local knowledge from every aspect of Real Estate was outstanding. She has great customer service, and she's great at negotiating. We used her to buy property, and sell property. We would use her again. She is highly recommended

It’s impossible to rate Rain Silverhawk highly enough. I’ve purchased and sold countless properties with more real estate agents than I care to remember.
