Raymond was an excellent realtor who was ever present during my selling process. He made multiple house visits and has excellent contacts to keep your process flowing. When preparing to sell I hit a lull and had to delay several times. Ray kept me on my toes and made excellent suggestions as well as displayed wonderful patience with me. After we had contracted, his negotiating tactics surprised me and we came out with a huge win. I would highly recommend him, and his company to others.

Raymond went above and beyond to assist me during the purchase of my first (and current) home. He was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to my numerous questions throughout the process. Ray was firm with the seller- we were able to negotiate on price and repairs of a home that was already very competitively priced. He also recommended quality professionals. I used the mortgage company he recommended and the closing process was smooth sailing. He was there to congratulate me at closing and has followed up several times post-purchase. Raymond truly acts in the best interests of his clients and I recommend him without hesitation.

Ray is not only personable but bends over to help with whatever you need. He is accommodating, I lost count of how many homes we saw on random days/hours and there was never a complaint. Ray is so helpful, he gave us referrals for anything and everything we were going to need before and after the home buying. He was tough with the seller, walk us through whatever we needed, and overall made the home buying process great.
