Rebecca Giacobba is the BESTEST real estate agent! She is very nice, friendly, polite, professional, KNOWLEDGABLE, having excellent customer service skills, and simply a terrific person. Rebecca helped my sister (first time home buyer) purchasing her first home and really went the extra mile helping us with the county’s 1st time home buyer program. Although I have a very close friend who is an agent, but I have chosen Rebecca to help me selling my property after the great experience we had with her. I STRONGLY recommend Rebecca for everybody wanting to buy or sell. Thank you Rebecca for being great.

VERY HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. NOT REALLY DEDICATED. I DIDN'T LIVE IN THE AREA AND ASKED HER TO CHECK MY MAIL AS SHE WAS THERE AND HAD ALL THE KEYS. SHE NEVER DID. I RECEIVED PENALTIES THAT DESTROYED MY CREDIT BECAUSE SHE NEVER LOOKED AT MY MAIL SHE DIDN'T NEGOTIATE HARD FOR THE PRICE. ANOTHER REALTOR BROUGHT SOME TERRIBLE BUYERS AND BECAUSE SHE WASN'T ON TOP OF THINGS, THE SALE WAS POSTPONED FOR WEEKS. SHE REALLY THINKS SHE IS ABOVE ALL OF US. VERY ARROGANT. I DIDN'T FEEL WELL REPRESENTED. SHE SEEMS MOTIVATED BY BIG MONEY ONLY. MY HOUSE WAS MODEST

Rebecca is a great agent to work with. She sold our condo quickly and we also used her as our agent to purchase our home. She is very straight forward with current market trends. I have recommended her to a few family members who were just as pleased with her service.

Always responds to calls or texts even when out of area on personal happenings. Willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need and makes sure your satisfied. Ive recommended her to several coworkers since closing.
